Whilst having the experience and ability to provide HR advice
and support across the full HR spectrum, emphasis will be
on four key areas (click on them to find out more) -
Consultation/Negotiation
In addition to the statutory requirements to consult and negotiate
with employees and, where appropriate, the relevant Trade
Union(s), employers, in general, are introducing formal partnership
agreements or adopting informal partnership practices. The
key services available in this area are as follows:
Development/review and, where appropriate,
implementation of relevant consultative bodies/processes
Development/review and, where appropriate,
implementation of relevant negotiating bodies/ processes
Advice and support in relation to pay
and conditions negotiations
Advice and support in relation to collectively
and non-collectively bargained staff
